Too bad I don't live down there, I'd do if for you. Considered moving down there the last couple years since I've got family round there.
I'm just going to do it myself, but I need help. Is there a certain order to remove the accessory belts and pulleys out the way to get to the timing cover? This is my first timing working on a timing belt thanks

You can lock the flywheel in place with the special service tool ($$$), or out a 1/2" ratchet with extension in the crank timing gear bolt to hold it while you turn the 4, 12mm(?) bolts to loosen them. Or use an electric impact.
They really shouldn't be that tight, so unless they're loctited in they should come out fairly easily.

If I remove the left motor mount, will the engine fall? I currently don't have a trolley to put under the oil pan, but I already have the car up on jacks on both sides. Having trouble removing the water pump pulley since the mounts in the way....

It may move closer to the frame rail, exacerbating the limited access. You need to support it somehow. A 2x4 on end between the strut towers with a ratchet strap over the top going to the lift bracket or motor mount bracket will support it good enough if you don't have a jack or stand.

Don't support it by the oil pan if avoidable, its easy to dent the oil pan and that causes oil starvation issues, then you're looking at a new motor.
