Whats the best way to do a leak check on my 91 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX?? Should i order that rubbèr coupling with the piece that has a valve stem on it so.i can put about 15psi in the sytem.. Is that to.much to put into the system? ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!! as i am almost ready to put my baby on the road and not worry about not having to get it inspected . And i want her running good before shes on the road. AGAIN THANKS FOR THE HELP!!

There are many ways to do it. I have a PVC pipe end with a coupler from the hardware store. You can,use either do a tire valve or if you have a compressor you can put a fitting on it and use a regulator. You should compress your system 5psi over what you will be running. So of your doing stock 14lbs I would do 20ish.

Same as @tk106 here, for the "little" turbos, LOL.

Does piston 1 need to be TDC? Can’t remember...

That's the one of the worst possible positions to test at because the valves in cylinder 4 will both be open (overlap). If you look at your cam specs you want someplace where none of the cylinders have more than 1 set of valves open. With stock cams I though the easiest to find was somewhere around 30* ATDC.

So how do you suggest i do it... im only running 15psi in my car. Built head and built bottom end.. and aslso i went to change my o2 sensor n it came out with no force. To find out its a little small for the houseing. Any idea what i can do? Was thinkn get low density pipe tape and rap the threads a few times. The tape is good to 500*.
