making a 16g/20g hybrid and I can’t get the exhaust wheel/shaft all the way in, it’s super close but it won’t go in the last few millimeters is there something I’m doing wrong? I’ve go it past the seal but it’s still too far out

What was the issue, since it's resolved now?
