What ECU(s) are compatible for the 1990 Laser RS automatic, mine went bad.

Someone with CAPS can help. My 90 manual shows a auto trans but I have a manual Laser.
I can add that you could theoretically wire any TCU into it or an aftermarket unit depending on the skill level.
