I’m back in a 1g after quite some time away. My first car was a riced our NT that turned me into a professional mechanic, which drove away the love of working on cars as a hobby. 2.5 years ago I got a manufacturing job and the itch has slowly come back, so I started looking for a 2g turbo. This 1g fell into my lap last weekend and I went for it. I’m looking at a more of a restoration than a build. I love the stock look that I never appreciated as a 16 year old kid in the F&F era.

Thanks everyone!

Welcome back!

If you go to your profile page, you should be able to edit your vehicle profiles to delete an old one. I've noticed new profiles tend to take a little bit to go up, day or two IIRC.

Cool story and one that i pretty much share.

Im getting back into DSM also after picking up a pretty clean 92 Laser. I just filled out my profile page.

Im also very appreciative of the "stock" look and i dont want to change much on this car. Maybe a stock appearing turbo upgrade and enough fuel to support the new turbo and e85. A high 11s/bottom 12s e85 DD would be fun with A/C and all the creature comforts.
