Got this cyclone intake off a spare motor I picked up. I noticed that a port was filled with jb weld or some kind of epoxy. I am assuming that port was for the actuator to switch runners. So is this mani essentially screwed?

Kinda looks that way, have to disassemble it further to see if the valves are gone or just locked in place. I think I still have the shafts and butterflies out of one of mine I took apart, but the bushings the shaft rides on are the tricky part.

If it's toast, I may be interested in it if you don't want it anymore :D
 
I will just crack it open when i have time and check it out. I been busy with 3 dsms apart and working on my evo.
