So ive been reading the pros ans cons of doing hesdstuds the 1x1 method. Everyone says make sure the motor is bone cold, my car has not been startes in two months so its cold haha, and they said make sure to do it so there is no oil left in the head, i know I had oil down there evwn though thoughthe car has been off for two months . but with the car being iff for two months and the lower radiator hose being completely disconnected I assumed there was no pressure built up still. But when i undid one of the bolts i heard a hissing noise. I assume i messed up and broke the seal or couls it be the oil that was still left over?

You heard hissing when removing the bolt, or when you installed the stud?

When swapping the bolts for studs one at a time, you still need to make sure the bolt holes are clean of oil, coolant and debris. Personally I would just pull the head, clean and check things appropriately and reassemble with a fresh gasket and studs. If you're at the point you need studs then I feel it's worth doing right. I realise lots of people have done this swapping method, but it's not exactly the best/safest way to do it.

Only when putting them in because there was oil down in the hole, the motor had been off for two months so I thought thats what people meant but i guess i misunderstood, so i guess,I'll throw the car together and start it and ill just do a pull infront of my house and if it blows ill get it back in the garage and pull the head the right way, i heard you can re use arp head studs as long as you don't over torque or something like that? Maybe im getting mixed up with head Bolts. I have my arps torqued down to 100ft lbs.

ARP studs and bolts are not torqu-to-yield, so they can be re-used, unless otherwise stated by ARP or if they are overtorqued.

You have to be careful if oil or other debris is in the hole when installing the studs, as they may not fully seat or could crack the block due to hydraulic pressure. If they don't seat far enough down, you can't properly torque them as they won't clamp, they just torque against the unthreaded portion of the stud.

100 ft/lbs seem a little high, but I don't recall the exact tq value, make sure you follow ARPs recommendation of tq amount and procedure, including the tq, loosen and re-tq 3 times method.
