Did you check the throttle body to see if its stuck open?
If that isn't it, maybe the settings on your Link'd ECU are way off. If you don't know anything about ecmLink, check out https://www.ecmtuning.com/wiki/ecmlink101.

I wouldn't be surprised if the previous owner tried to tune it himself, had no idea what he was doing, messed around changing parameters, couldn't get it even close to right and thats why he got rid of the car

i almost forgot, I flipped your picture for you, now its not upside down

Okay thank you so much for helping I really appreciate roughly should be 2 turns out from tighten right? When it comes to throttle open so just check if it open when the engine Not running, you think my injectors could be the problem? For high idle when I start the car? I do have stock injectors but I’m scared to put them since I have evo 3 gt turbo

try opening and closing the throttle body by hand and see if it sticks. if not you could pull the hose and throttle body elbow off so you can visually inspect it.
The throttle cable may be adjusted too tight and its not closing completely

Your isc could be not working and stuck although usually you only idle at 1500 rpm. But maybe with a bad tps , isc, and sticky throttle cable its going that high.

Did you do a Boost leak test ? Who knows what dry rotted after sitting for a while

I had a strange issue where when my car was hot the throttle cable would tighten up and cause the butterfly plate in the throttle body to be open abit. If you can push your throtte closed
Can you post a log? What's your isc at? Tps voltage ?

Open up the ecu even and take a look inside and look for anything out of whack

Even with a lost tune I'd doubt the injectors would.cause the car to be that high of rpm if the throttle bodys closed .

Hell my n/a had the turbo injectors on it (390cc)when I bought the car and after we put the n/a ecu in it it never idled that high just ran rich ,until I removed the resister box and put the 240cc pink tops in .

Your obviously getting air from somewhere to achieve that high of an idle .

Throttle cable should have about a 1/4 inch of slack with the butterfly plate closed

I try to inspect it manually throttle so if there is free play if I can push it and closed it and will report what position is it not running.

One more question so it runs fine idles great but when I drive it for few minutes normally it smoke in front top of turbo below front engine I have down pipe here is the picture I don’t know what is this called

my guess would be your are leaking oil or coolant onto some of your exhaust parts. Pull the heat shields off and look everything over.
Anything leaking on the front of the motor, from the valve cover down to the oil pan, has a good chance of getting on the down pipe.

here is a picture of the exhaust manifold and turbo with the heat shields removed.

You might even have a hair line crack in the manifold (there notorious for that ) .
I've always noticed that I drop a small amount of oil on the exhaust when I check it LOL

Is it smoking like a chimney or is it just a little tiny amount of smoke ?

Yes and no.
Yes 1g manifolds have serious issues with cracking.
No, because he has a 2fg car (and im assuming a 2g manifold.) Which hold up alot better. 2g manifolds can crack, but its not a huge problem like the 1g has

Looks like the gasket between the manifold and turbo has blown out. But can't tell 100% from that angle.

Also, is that hole on top all the way through, it shouldn't be there. I don't see any soot up there so I would image it doesn't.

Okay thank you very much what about the gasket that goes to the engine from manifold

have you checked the intake gasket? If even one bolt is not torqued right it will cause a intake leak cause the 4000-6000 rpm jump and it stays there. I had the same issue rebuilding mine (I thought it was good started it and it just straight jumped to 5000-6000rpm and kept rising till I turned the car off found out it was a gasket leak after ripping everything back apart (I think in total I've ripped my cars engine apart over 24 times Replacing parts that break or is worn down
