greetings there is smoke not a lot but I can see when I start driving for few minutes it’s coming from this area I don’t know what is called but I got picture. Exhaust housing I also have straight pipe down removed catalysts converter.

Oil leaking from the oil feed line???
Coolant leaking from the cooling lines?
Have you removed the heat shield to actually look?
Better grab a wrench and just remove the shields so you can see it.
I think @dustyboner suggested this already.

Those are some oily ports are the head-turbo manifold. Could be you're valve seals are toast and you're exhaust manifold gasket is probably leaking. When the oil burns in the exhaust you're getting smoke coming out of the gasket.

Other option is the valve cover is leaking oil onto the manifold and the oil is burning off, causing smoke.

My best guesses.
 
Those are some oily ports are the head-turbo manifold. Could be you're valve seals are toast and you're exhaust manifold gasket is probably leaking. When the oil burns in the exhaust you're getting smoke coming out of the gasket.

Other option is the valve cover is leaking oil onto the manifold and the oil is burning off, causing smoke.

Is that exhaust oily right as it meets the head or is that just a shadow? Looks like the heat shield kept oil off of it but it may just be the lighting.

That is for sure wet or oil, it's shiny. Since the engine is fresh, I'd say it's either the VC leaking or serious blowby.

Looks like RTV on the manifold gasket. That leads me to believe that old gaskets were reused. Even if they weren't old,it should NOT have RTV on it. The exhaust manifold get too hot for most flavors of RTV. The heat will turn the RTV to powder after a while.

I would for sure replace the exhaust manifold gasket
Stay away from the single layer steel gaskets.
either go with a multi layer like THIS OE GASKET
or a composite gasket like THIS FELPRO GASKET

and also the exhaust manifold to turbo gasket. It needs to be a 7cm gasket since your running an evo3 16g.

So I changed both gasket as you told me still there is smoke coming from turbo manifold also I flushed the coolant I was only be able to add 4.5 quarts of it which 7.5 quarts is recommended amount how come this is the case also white smoke =coolant?
