Thats just corrosion on the fuel pump, it wont stop your car from running. That sensor looks like the knock sensor wire.
Ok thank u :) now iknow :D

Ok so now ive changed the CAS sensor and still nothing and fuel pump works . This is how the spark plugs look like ? Before the last time i started it up and drove it . It had like no power ? Then this happend so ill change spark plugs and try again . It cant be the ECU ?

I took out the ecu and sent it to a company who is gonna test it and change parts and stuff so lets hope it start when it comes back :D

Im baack and a working car ehm kinda
First the fuel filter is bad and i wonder if its the right way mounted ? Yellow tape is downside . But im gonna find a new filter and se if the surge and hesitating is gone then .

looks lean...

stock filter?

stock filter?

Agreed.
Hard to tell in the plug pic since it's so far away, but the ground straps looks ghost white, and the base/ceramic have what looks like oil residue. O2 sensor looks to report lean as well.

I'm thinking filter, or maybe injectors are clogged. The yellow section of your fuel filter should go towards the tank, so down. If it fell apart it may have pushed crap into the injector baskets, causing a majority of your problems. Pull the injector and check them for crap on the feed side.

Yes everything is stock :)

Replacing the seals is a good idea, but pull the injectors off the rail and see what the fuel inlet side of them looks like, make sure there's not a bunch of crap from that disintegrated filter in them.

Make sure to backflow it when cleaning, don't want to force anything through the injector body.
Might want to try using a 9v battery or something to pulse the injector pintle and let things loosen up to help clean it out.

What kind of injectors are those? They dont look like stock injectors at all. Non turbos use 240cc pink top injectors for 1gs . Did someone throw in some after market injectors for more fuel with out a way to tune ?

I used to be n/a and when I bought my car someone threw in the 390cc injectors and the regulator had nothing but problems with them!
( My car was turbo to non turbo swap in defense of previous owner ) even had the turbo ECU and resistor pack for the low impedance injectors but never ran right until I swapped them back to factory . Would stall ect..

They are definitely not stock n/a injectors and have no business in an n/a dsm get the pink tops unless you have a way to tell the ECU how to talk to them.

Glad to hear you got it sorted, thanks for posting back your solution! In "thread tools" at the top right of the thread you can change the title to "resolved" if you'd like, that way everyone knows the solution you came up with! :thumb:

I took out the fuel pump and i notice that the filter is very brown OMG and i dont know what those white spots are on the fuel pump
do anyone know what that is ?
The filter being brown is a direct result of rust that got in your tank. The white spots are more than likely the carbon scoring that got left behind after fuel being burned off. I say this because I'm restoring my Talon and mine cut off on me after sitting up for yrs. I emptied the gas tank, removed the tank and took out the fuel pump and fuel sender...same problem. Removed the fuel filter, looked like I had tea in there. My suggestion would be to clean your tank and get a new filter then give it a go with some fresh gas.

I'm glad to hear that. I took your idea and removed my fuel injectors too. Mine were rusted on the inside, the filters almost tore removing them. I got brand new filters and seals for all of them. BTW, nice Eclipse. Gotta get mine repainted and I'll post new profile pic after.
