I'm wanting to switch to SD so I recently installed an omni 4 bar map sensor and now I'm getting an mdp malfunction dtc.
I followed ceddys instructions on install aa far as map calibration goes. Is the something I'm missing?

Dont mean to jump in your message but I'm having the same issue with SD and 4 bar map. Cant get it to run with SD only runs when maf hooked back up

Well I turned off the mdp code in the periphery bits section of ecu flash and that issue is fixed but now I'm have the same issue as ghost.
Seems like nobody uses ecuflash anymore

I don't use ecuflash for SD tuning, MAF works fine for me, but you really didn't provide enough information to know what you've done other than it's not working.
If you want help you need to be very specific as to what you've done on your end that resulted in failure.
It's like going on the internet and saying my foot hurts, why does it hurt.
Detail what you've done, what you've flashed, what you've tried, what your understand of the situation is, etc.

With ecu flash open, Ceddy Mods, Version and Extras Info.
19cb
Big maps = Y
Speed density = Y
Boost axis = N
Boost control, cyclone = N

Ceddy Mods Setup Bits
All mods off (for debug only)= 1,enabled??
I dont ever remember changing this "all mods off"
Map 1 selected
ADC 10-Bit MAP =1
Speed Density Calculations = 1
Airflow Calculations = 1

Speed Density
SD MAP Calibration = set as per ceddy mods website
SD Volumetric Efficiency = within 10 air counts at idle
Lock Barometric Pressure = 1
Locked Barometric Pressure = 100.45 kpa
SD Remove IPW Jitter = 255
IAT Scaling = haven't touched
Turned off Map DTC in periphery bits

Sorry for the low quality pic of ceddy mods folder

Are you flashing with the "1v9Cb-SD" specifically.
Did you check the MAP definition to make sure the proper MAP sensor to be used was selected for Y axis.
You set both the MAP kpa & LOAD to the same values that reflect the range of the MAP sensor you are using, 100kpa per bar
What does your VE map look like
IAT on pins 5 & 6 MAF plug

You're missing a lot, no background info, no log details, nothing. The reason people don't post about ECUflash tuning is because the majority of users who choose it and post have no clue what they are doing and beg to be spoonfed their tuning solutions. If you want a quality answer, post a quality question.

I had done all that you were questioning about except flashing with the SD specific ROM. Sometimes it's the very basic things that get you.
Now I'm running on SD.
Thank you
