Thank you for posting this info. My setup is pump gas but I've been dealing with these same problems for a long time. My car runs great at cruise and around town, easy to tune, then once boost hits my WB Factor goes up to like 22%. Changing base fuel pressure didn't fix anything. I had my global dialed in for about 600 cc injectors when I'm running ND 720's just to get it close but then low end was pig rich. Just the other day I mounted a go pro to watch my underhood FP gauge and it seems to rise appropriately with boost.

My car sat in storage for about 4 years when I was overseas. I'm wondering if the Supra Pump is full of garbage now or if I have corrosion build up like yours. I have new injectors on the way but I think I'll try this fix before I mess with them.

What's the details on the rest of your setup? If you suspect a fuel pump issue might be best to pull the trigger on a new Walbro and rewire while youre in there considering that Supra pump is probably very old.

Yes the Supra pump is old. It was bought off an Supra owner so not new when I bought it. I'm sure it's over 20 years old now. Stock lines, Spooling up FPR (if you remember those). ND 720's that I had cleaned and flow tested but that was a while ago. Fuel pump is already rewired. I've been thinking of just getting the Walbro 450, probably overkill for my setup but better than having to buy twice if it is not enough later.

I've had the car forever. My dad bought it new in 1990, I bought it off him in 1997. Originally I was going to go big on it but as time has gone on I've seen too many cars go that route and eventually lose their all around driveability. At this point I just want to put out a nice power curve with as much power as I can with the BR20G on pump. Most of my setup is pretty old school; until recently I was still using a 5 knob AFC, Eprom to comp for 720's and a Palm based Pocketlogger. Just went to DSM link a short while back and am working out all the bugs of an old setup.
