Does anyone have a picture of their fuse box diagram? Of course mine is missing. I found some for the TSI Talons but I need one for the '98 Eclipse 420a. I'm missing a couple of fuses and also my OBDII scanner isn't working so I need that to be resolved. Thanks for your help.

Does the cigarette lighter work? A lot of cars have them on the same fuse. I can't remember of the eclipse does or not. My stock ECU has been removed long ago.

I believe the fuse for the OBDII connector is the 10A fuse that labeled "Room Lamp". Not surprisingly, if that fuse is missing, a lot of your interior lights won't work either.

Does the cigarette lighter work?
I don't have the stock cigarette lighter, I replaced it with a dual usb charger. But no, it does not work as of last week. :ohdamn:
And I was actually referring to the ones under the dash, but if you have identified the problem then that's ok.

Just for reference... the interior fuse box:

Yo, BLACK'98DSM If you need a copy of the factory service manuals, you can download them from
http://www.mediafire.com/file/2lv6zr2aysltkda/97-99_full_service_manual_Vol1%262.zip/file

Its the 1997 FSM but its basically the same as the 1998. Some of the page are pretty fuct, but for a free copy its not too bad.

I have the 1998 Eclipse FSM in print, so if you come across something that is messed up in the PDF version, just hit me up and i can get you a picture of the page out of my manuals.

Same here, I have the 1998 Talon FSM's so Dusty or I could take a picture of any page if needed.
Thanks for all the help Dusty!!!

Update: - I resolved the problem.

My whole car started malfunctioning. The radio cut out, all of the dash lights came on, started running very rough. This all happened over a period of time.

A couple of days ago I checked my ecu and the upper main connector was hanging off. :tease: My cold air intake knocked it off.

Once I plugged that back in everything worked smoothly. I then re-adjusted my filter to about an inch away from my ecu.

The check engine light turned off as well. :thumb:

@Widgmaster

The item in that picture is actually a record player. I've had a thing for Mustangs as long as I can remember... as a child collecting Hotwheels I had more Mustangs than anything else. I also used to buy and build the DIY model cars.

In today's world I'm not nearly as interested in them as I used to be. My taste changed a bit as I grew older. See, things are kind of backwards for me. Most young people are into the small vehicle "tuner scene" where they buy cheap imports and race the hell out of them. While most older folks are all about their muscle cars and vintage cruisers for restoration. I grew up building and liking muscle cars & vintage rides. But as I got older I got more interested in the imports and building & racing them. A good Ole case of the Benjamin Button I suppose. I've been beyond satisfied with my current vehicle taste though.

Cool....and that is a pretty neat item... I think I have mentioned before if I had the ride I would most like to have it would be a 2010 Camaro... I found and purchased my Spyder GT real cheap and it sort of grew on me.. The way I feel now is I would not part with it… At our car meets I get more attention than the Mustang and Camaro guys.. The only way I would let my Spyder go is if I could find a 1995 3000GT VR4 Twin Turbo...now were talking
