With an non-turbo car you have less places for vacuum leaks but it's still all about making sure you have none and that the ECU, Idle Position Switch, Idle Speed Control motor, Basic Idle Speed Screw, Speed Sensor and Fast Idle Control Valve are working correctly.

Located next to the trottle body ?

I'll try to check the ecu idle position switch is it the black one with 4 pins ? Located next to the throttle body ?

There are two sensors on the 1G style throttle body the Throttle Position Sensor and the Idle Position Switch. The TPS is the black 4 pin rheostat and the IPS is the single connector threaded switch above the pulley.

Thank u ill start and check them do u thin i will notice anything by pulling out the connections to se what happening ?

You will want to check them with a multimeter and make sure that the TPS is outputting the proper voltage at both fully closed and fully open. I do not have a link for the FSM on this but that's what should be followed to adjust the throttlebody correctly.

I'll check it with a multimeter again.

Only thing i noticed was 3rd pin didn't show anything.
i'm gonna try again today. I even took the cable out from the oxygen sensor to see if there was a difference but didn't notice anything, no cel either.
