I'm referring to a turbo'd 91 Talon TSi automatic if that helps at all. Check attached files for pictures.

I found this in a bag of burnt out bulbs, miscellaneous switches and broken wiring harness connectors that was in my center console.

Any idea where it's from, what it's for, of if it's even for my car? If it is from my car, could it be important at all or would there be a reason for removing it?

Never seen a blue board, even on the inside of components I have taken apart. It is nothing more than resistors, diodes, a zener diode (possibly a voltage shunt depending on what is ultimately onnected to it), and transistor. Not even a cap. Looks to switch an output based off multiple inputs.
Couldnt even imagine what it is used for in our application.. do we even have the keyed connector for this? I dont think so..

Looks like the boards for the security cards/chips, so if you pull the corresponding chip, the car won't start. Early immobilizer type stuff.

After zooming I'm almost positive that's what it is.

Never seen that exact board before, but that circuit appears to be a tach adapter type circuit, that takes 2 coil inputs on the left, and outputs a combined square wave on the right. It might have been designed for low voltage side of things though, just based on the spacing between copper tracks on the 2 different inputs
