When I got my Spyder, I had found out the previous owner who was the only other owner of the car had Ziebart undercoating and rust protection done to it annually since the car came from the dealer lot. I pulled the rear tire well, carpet and back seats and could not find any rust on the other side. I had the undercoating touched up last year with the rust protection as well. My car is 99% of the time parked in the garage. The car is only driven during the Summer and only on days I know it will be dry unless a rain storm pops up out of nowhere. My question is would it be better to just keep touching up the Ziebart and their rust protection since it will flake with impact or would it be better use something like Fluid film or Krown annually over the remaining undercoating?
