On a side note, Im now thinking of going to IFO this weekend too now that you mentioned it, usually go to the Sept one, haven't been to the spring one yet.

I would definetely check the fuel pumps. A twin setup is almost never needed and my best bet is that there is simply not enough power for both of them. I know because i once installed a wrong walbro thinking it as a 255 and the car was lean from idle, and it would sttuter when driving. The symptons are almost like there is a boost leak.

Do you have the fuel pumps wired in with the relay kit directly to the battery? The Walbro 255 draws 7 amps at idle and about 9amps at 58psi fuel pressure. With two of them they would be too much for the stock wiring.

It's running lean at 4K, 600hz, 21 afr. IDK what it is. Injduty bounces around when it starts running lean. Did you check the stock FPR?

Make sure FPR isn't torn and get the idle dialed in correctly.
Your target rpm is 900 but it's idling around 1100
Throttle cable is too tight - 1% most of the time
TPS is off - Should be .63 off throttle
AirflowperRev is too low - Should be .25

Then tune cruise. Watch the Fuel Trim demo on ecmlink's site. http://www.ecmtuning.com/demos.php

I have checked the fpr in the past and with the basic method of sucking on both nipples(I had too)return and vac, I didnt notice any leaks. Once i get home i will swap the fpr regardless and try to make up a line so I can remove the inline 255 pump. Then I will idle tune it correctly before I test drive...I will update asap

I'll be sure to let ya know if I can make it. I have a few friends going but I cant go look at other people's toys when mine still needs attention

I won't be able to get to the garage tonight. Girlfriend is sick in the hospital. I'll update once I get back to the garage.
Again thanks to everyone for brain storming with me. I'll talk to you guys soon
Sorry to hear that. Hope she’s ok.

Girlfriend pulled threw, thanks....
In other news I finally got to the laser today.....I removed the inline fuel pump so now I just have the 1 walbro 255 in tank..Unfortunately, no change.....Here are the logs from today, first idle tuned it then 2nd is after doing MAFComp with link...
Im still noticing maf hertz, InjDuty, fuel flow, speedo and maybe a couple other things that are still jumping up a down..This has to be electrical. It almost seems like a connection is intermitting...
Let me know what you guys are thinking now....Thanks

checked voltage and grounds at ecu.
Car OFF: Unplugged from Ecu
Pin 106 and 101(grounds), 0 Resistance
Pin 103 (Battery backup power supply Constant 12v), 11.8v
Pin 107 and 102 (Power supply(from MPI), Power supply), 0v
Car OFF Plugged in to ECU
Pin 106 and 101, 0 Resistance
Pin 103, 11.52v
Pin 107 and 102, 11.98v

Should I worry about Pin 103 being at a lower voltage than then 107 and 102? Id think it should see the same voltage as the other 2

I ran a hot wire from battery to ecu...fixed voltage issue but that's the only thing fixed...thinking more on this circuit, injectors, maf and O2 all share this circuit..which are what I am seeing issues with...Mpi malfunction possibly? If that sounds plausible...heres the new log

Problem Resolved

Previous owner was running SD and cut harness. When a rewired in a new Maf plug wires were incorrect. DESPITE having NO CEL and was still getting a reading somehow in link!!!....There are 2 green wires with white lines.and that's where my issue was. Shes running pretty good now. Just gotta get some tuning done finally.

THANKS TO ALL FOR YOUR TIME AND EFFORT THINKING THIS OVER WITH!!!.

P.S. I must have hit Expert level
