Your ECU is something hacked together. Whomever did it removed the identity from the ECU board and stuffed it in whatever case was handy. The quality of the rework is typical of average bulk "rebuilders". The electrolyte corrosion was never cleaned up after they replace the capacitors.

It is a 90 style turbo ECU but I can't say off hand if it's for a DSM or another Mitsubishi turbo car of the era. At this point I'd have to compare how the ECU is strapped and see if I have the CPU PROM code in my database.

I just opened my spare MD165531 ECU and it looks almost identical. Things I noticed in your picture.
  1. That extra white wire near the capacitors.
  2. The different shaped and different style capacitors. Did you check their numbers on their sides to confirm that they are the correct capacitors?
  3. That board seems very dirty. Not sure if this has any impact on if it 100%.
My ECU is from a 91 AWD Auto

This is what your board should look like minus the eprom socket since the is an "E" version.

Here is a USDM 1990 AWD Turbo ECU. Note that the software version programmer in the internal PROM is E255. Also not the three vertical white hybrid ICs by the capacitors which is a clue it's a 90 style ECU.

So if i order a new ecu what s your advice? 91-94 or 90 i think i will change the pinout 6-14 any else?

Thanks so that means my ecu is not for 1990 AWD turbo?

As @steve said, it is something hacked. If so, hard to distinguish unless physically inspect it or you ask the one who did it about the history of this ecu.
So, did you already give it a try to switch pin #6 and #14? If assuming that your ecu is functioning properly with 1g, that may work to solve the issue. If you haven't done that yet, at least it is worth trying before purchasing another ecu.

That was my thinking based on the software version marked on the CPU chip but the performancepartout ECU you posted has the same version and is clearly marked and the number match. Too bad it's damaged by the capacitors leaking too.

So my current thought is that your ECU is a USDM 1990 AWD Turbo ECU board.
I can't speak to if it's working correctly or if it's the cause of the car's problems.
I can say that if I was going to drive very far I wouldn't on that ECU.

thanks idle position switch has come and i put on to my car but nothing changed it s still not working when car is cold after car is warmed it s working stable.. i had 1991 elantra when start the engine, RPM is going to 2000 RPM after car is warming it s going down to 850 RPM but this car stops you need to press the gas pedal for a while time if you don t to press gas pedal it stops suddenly...if i had free time i will check IPS wire

I recorded a video about my starting problem I am guessing about fuel pressure please watch the video maybe you can help me thanks
