The plan for my 2g is a fun daily. I want to go full bolt-on nothing more. So do you guys have any brands that you prefer or really recommend like exhaust, intake, headers, intake manifold, exc.

Honestly the 420a doesn't gain much at all from bolt ons. Intake, header, catback exhaust will only net you a few ponies. Your best hp/$ is to turbo the car. Buy a kit for a few grand and make about 200 hp.

Yeah I was actually considering that in the future. How much psi do you think that engine can handle? ive heard they cant hold much, but I mean somethns better than nothn LOL

The stock motors only good for about 200whp. The ringlands tend to go first. The amount of boost will depend on the size turbo.

Just buy a GST. A decent 420A turbo kit with tuning will run you $2500+ and the engine will be limited to 250whp or so. I wouldn't run a 420A past 10 psi on a 16G.
Bolt-ons won't do much at all - maybe 15-20 HP for $1000 invested?
first of all thanks for the advice. This might be a dumb question but what does 16g mean? Sorry this is my first car I'm a noob.

The 16G is the most common turbo upgrade for DSMs. It came stock on some non-DSMs, but is a great all-around turbo and pretty much the benchmark for anything.

And do not buy any Chinese turbos, like the one you linked.
You will need a full kit to do this, and China doesn't make anything that bolts on. It's a lot of work.

Just drive the car. You will have to put in at least a couple thousand dollars into the turbo setup if you want it to be reliable. Do NOT buy any turbos off ebay since they tend to blow out the seals very quickly and can damage the motor in the process. A rebuilt genuine turbo will cost double what that whole "kit" costs that you have listed above. Don't take this the wrong way, but it sounds like you really need to do the research to understand the platform in general. We are here to help, but it is expected that you put in some of the leg work yourself.

The best advice given so far is to just save your money and buy a turbo car to start with. It is not worth the money to try to build on the 420a.

I want to buy a gs-t but i'm having a really hard finding one for sale near me. So I'll probably stick with the RS and daily it maybe do a couple upgrades but not much.

What are your mechanical skills? If you 2ant to increase the fun factor of the car put some good tires on and a set of wheels. At least those can be moved over easily later. Speed cost money. Good. Fast. Cheap. Pick two.
This has been beaten to death over the last 3 decades. 420a isnt worth it. When othercars are available. They can be had. You will have to travel for a nice one more than likely. The cars are just too old.

get a cold air intake, some greddy headers (all the others suck ass), gut your cat, put on a 2.5" straight thru cat back, and a larger throttle body. also cut the shifter down an inch or two.
then start dumping weight. Gut everything behind the front seats, ditch the power steering (it takes like 2 days to get used to the extra effort to turn the wheel), ditch the a/c too if you can live without it, pull the windshield washer fluid res.and what ever else you can.
You could also switch to a non-modular clutch with a light weight flywheel, get a set of light weight rims, , carbon fiber hood.
If you ever have the head off the car, you could get it ported and polished, upgrade the valve springs and upgrade the cams.

how are the spec-d headers? I was thinking about getting the spec-d exhaust system from the headers back.

I wouldn't do it, it will sound like ass. Spec-D sounds like it doesn't fit very well either.

I own a 420a as daily as well and to be honest I've tried everything on BOLT ON items, exhaust, air intakes (not recommended sucks water rapidly ‍♂️), headers, etc.. The performance gets poor and gets cops attracted to your vehicle . I went to stock on eveything and car has not giving me any problems at all (with routine maintenance). The only thing that I've owned (as bolt on) is a GST stock exhaust and makes a huge difference and deep sound , this is my opinion and I been with this car for 9 years already 95 GS 420a awesome car for daily.

for the intake systems which one will gain more hp the short ram intakes or the long ones that go down to the bumper?

Full cold air kits (the ones that go down to the bumper) usually produce more power, but they're typically more expensive and are susceptible to taking in water and hydro-locking an engine. Keep it stock, man..

Well you will get colder air from an intake that runs down to the front bumper. So it probably makes more power. But they are known for sucking up water so I dont think it's worth it. I would go with the short intake
