Does anybody have a line on a (oem style) carbon hood Seibon has discontinued them

did you call/ email them to see?

ONLY "bad thing" about carbonetics is that you have to wait 5/6 months until they have it ready for you!

thats giving them some credit. theres been some people that waited closer to 8 months if i remember right

Well,I think waiting half year to receive for something that you paid instantly still feels like forever!

Thanks for the replies guys...im working directly with VIS checking inventory but looks like these are getting harder to get

Maybe someone with a vis can chime in but I remember them actually being pretty heavy.

well looking at their website explaining the manufacturing process they should be a little lighter than a seibon since they use the vacuum mold process to mold them.

I got my carbon hood from these guys and another local as well good quality. It does not the a spot for OEM hood prop but its lighter than the options above.

I thought Franks discontinued the dsm stuff?

I'm not sure if they have completely. Worth giving them a call to find out.

I just bought a new Seibon like a year and a half ago.

Let me know how this goes. I was told VIS is on a 6 month back order when I tried to buy mine a couple weeks ago.
