Looking to upgrade to a -8 fuel line while using my stock feed as a return. In order to simplify the hose routing I was kicking around the idea of running the feed from the drivers side (-8), mounting my FPR on the pass side, and running the return line straight down to the original feed fitting location... I've looked for over an hour now and have not seen anyone running the fuel line this way. The FIC fuel rail I use seems to be symmetrical on each side, would there be an issue feeding fuel from the opposite side of the rail? Attached is a rough idea of what I have planned if possible.

There will be zero issues with the setup working properly if it is designed the way you want.

In the past some have even fed both sides of the rail and drilled their own return in the center. I doubt any appreciable difference was found for the effort.

Usually if a cylinder is "lean" in comparison to the others, it's an air distribution (intake manifold) or injectors problem. Not the rail.

You can feed fuel from either side. It won't make a difference to the engine or in the way the rail works.

the injectors dont care what side you feed the rail from. we done this on my tuners 1g a few years ago. for most there isnt much of a reason to change the feed side.
