It looks cast I can’t tell to be honest I have no idea what brand, I can close the flange right if I’m using an internal?

Stock 2G manifold that someone welded an external gate flange to. I'd just sell this to someone looking for such a manifold and buy one that doesn't have the wastegate flange on it if you don't plan to use it.

Depending what turbo you're using, I highly recommend skipping the FP Race manifold and keeping something stockish. The FP manifold costs more spool than it will give you in horsepower in the sub-500hp range unless you're trying to set records on a track-only small-turbo car.

I’ll take it to machining shop this weekend for porting thank you both for the help there was also a hole drilled on the manifold looks like it was tapped by cylinder 4, Thinkin maybe for a pyrometer.

If you wanted to go external off of that manifold: You would need to weld the stock wastegate orifice shut in the turbine housing. That manifold is setup to run a TiAL F38 wastegate. You would need the wastegate, some metal gaskets, and a dump tube.

Also, put a pipe plug in the hole that was put in cylinder 4.

For an 18G you will never need more than what a ported 2G or Evo III manifold can do for you.
How bout a 20g Justin? I dont mean to get off topic but I do feel a slight loss in spool up. I have a 20g that you built for me (thank you very much Sir:applause:) and its a td05. Its not horrible but not what you would expect, so im wondering if its because my FP manifold?

It is. Switch to an Evo III manifold or a 2G manifold with the collector ported to 60mm and the lazy response shall cease.

I can’t use a pipe plug the hole is too small I only found 3/8 it’s smaller maybe metric maybe a bolt? If so what grade I know the manifold gets hot
