with the yahoo group gone and limited to 0 support for files was wondering if anybody would be willing to share? Can only get a 1g bin file on no xdf and adx file on tunerpro website....please don't recommend ecmlink

Half way down or so there's dam this is your xdf. And I believe the other is your adx after unzipping it.
Not to sound rude but if you can't find the definitions under downloads I think tuner pro will be difficult to self teach. I used it for a bit then got linkv3.

no offence taken...I got the bin file...but xdf and adx I wasn't unzipping it..I wanted a better timing map than 1g to start with
went back and looked at it...yep im a retard

It's okay I just know that tunerpro is hard I had to try and learn hex to fully get it and even then I had so many questions and no one to ask. I recommend if this is the way your going read everything you can multiply times because very few people will be able to help you.
