Which shipping method did you select? Package without the tracking number? If so, Yes. Canada post is very slow sometimes. Once it took 6 weeks to deliver, it just got delivered after I opened a Paypal case for lost package.
And you can email them.
 
Nope they never sent one just says processed
Did you check the order status in your account and shows "Processed"? What the delivery method shows you? or maybe what you ordered was out of stock.. Anyway call or email them is the best way.
 
Someone bought that business. I had to pester the crap out of him however once I finally talked to him, he was very nice and I got my part. I think he's a one man show judging by things.
 
Did you just order something from them? What Did they say?

I tried to order jdm abs sensors but I used the pay with usd. They needed to send me an updated invoice. I got an email saying “Ziggy's Gone Fishin'“ & invoiced with Canadian currency on 11/13/17 and I didn’t hear from them until 11/21/17. I got the sensors from a member so I didn’t finish my transaction.
 
Yea it's no longer Paul at RTM I believe. Three or four years ago the Canada post shipping didn't even take a week. A few months ago I needed a new Toe arm and it took a week or two just for the new guy to ship it. Still worth supporting them though, they stock a lot of DSM parts.
 
Yeah the order says processed, and I paid to have it ship via ups. So far no word from them, I'm going to call tomorrow and start bugging them to find out what's up it's been 3 weeks so far. Glad I used PayPal I suppose. All I was trying to buy was the brembo brackets to mount on a 1g

I've ordered twice from them. First time I got my order within a week. Second, it had been over a week with no update before I decided to call their number about five times a day and eventually Abbas (I think that's how you spell it) picked up. All he said was it should have shipped, but it's shipping today.. LOL

They do offer a lot of dsm you can't find at other vendors so I'd put up with the delay. I'd just keep pestering him like how I did, although Brembo brackets can be purchased on eBay if need be.
 
I'm also having trouble contacting Abbas. RTM Racing's voicemail box is currently full so that option is off the table.
I placed an order for $750 worth of parts that may no longer be available from the distribution warehouse. I asked him to verify that the parts are actually available. 2 days went by and he called me saying there had been a death in the family and he would get back to me on Monday. Now it is Friday and I haven't heard back. Nobody answers the phone or email.

I HAVE gotten parts from him before, but it was more than a year ago. There was a long delay then too, but at least he was responding to email and phone calls. I'm starting to think about having PayPal get involved. :(
 
Ziggy is retired, he has nothing to do with RTM any more. A young guy named Abbas took over. As much as I hate to bother a retired man's well-deserved peace and quiet, I DID go ahead and start copying Ziggy on my emails to Abbas. I have talked to Abbas on the phone before, about a year ago. Nice enough guy... Back then, it took a long time for that order to ship, which was okay because at least he was communicating with me about the order from time to time and there were no special concerns about any of the items in the order.

Last week I placed an order and then sent an email/voicemail about it since it was for discontinued parts, and he DID call me back a couple days later - on Sunday, to his credit! He said he would confirm whether the Tokicos I ordered are even still available - he said he thought he had one last set in stock, that he would check on Monday and let me know...

I just want to know if what I ordered exists in the first place and a refund if it doesn't; and if it does, what the tracking# is, and if there's no tracking# yet then when there will be one. That is normal information a business is supposed to provide a customer in a timely manner. I understand he is a one man show; so am I, but I respond to my customers despite that fact, especially repeat customers.

It would be a real shame if RTM withers and dies - they always had a very good variety of interesting and useful things worth buying even with today's high international shipping rates.
