At first my response to this final post is BOOOOOOOOO.... BUT! in saying that i can see where you are coming from. Building a car in 60 days from a mis-match of old and new is quite draining when its all said and done. I mean in two months you put a car together on a budget and it accomplished what you wanted it too. There was a good chance it wouldn't make it to Norwalk and you blew those doubts out of the water. I agree with you regarding the street car. Although a full out race car is great. There is something to be said about a street car making 500+ hp and having full interior and can be driven to work in some type of comfort. Once im done enjoying it as a street best it will be come a race car. That and when I can afford a second toy from the street.
So... enjoy your break just don't stay away for to long. There a ton of great deals out there. Just need to look.
Also... Can you post more pics of the hood. And how you cut the vent in the rear of the hump? please
