Went in today and got the smaller side tubes milled which took a while, then cut down to length.

Next is to finish the longer tubes and fit up for half the batch then ready for welding them up (first half)

Update time,

I got half of the first lot fitted and welded together and i fitted the other hand ready for welding, i shall try get thise started after work in the week as once they are done thats 17 sets ready for coating.

They should be about 1-2 weeks deoending how busy they are when i jump in and while thats going on i can start the next half prepping for welding.

Before they go get coated though i have to final check them for fitment with my jig i made that replicates the stock location mounting holes in the tower, (confirmed it works on 3 cars) and if any are out i can tweek them now before coated, if all worked out well and my way of welding worked like last time most if not all should be ok and slip on nicely without much or any tweeking.

Good news so far, thought i would check 2 i pulled out of the box, and it fits straight away, zero adjusting so if the rest are the same then thats good.

The other hand for the first lot are complete, shall be checking them all early in the week and i will hope to have them off to the coaters end of the week.

Awesome! beating my wheels. Therefore also tires! My car was just on fire too EEEK. Almost rewired the engine bay and its going to be a better 6 bolt swap than the previous owner did. Stupid over excitable adolescent teen dipstick finally could no longer control itself...

The arms are all tested and check against my jig, 3 needed minor tweaking as it was a fraction off, it went on but not as easily as i wanted so i worked my magic LOL, when i say a fraction i mean not even 1mm, alot less then that, perhaps thou!

Now tested i dropped them off at the coaters today aswel, they might be ready to collect end of next week.

Once back i have to clean the threads out, clean the arms and assemble them, then box them and start the shipping process, so they will hopefully be with you lot in the first lot before the end of this month,

Still remember my missing rear roll center braket? And bolts? I Dont remeber even if it was 1 or 2 haha. Silly shipping company!
I got it all to 1 side for you dude, no fear

Just been told i can pick the arms back up monday/tuesday, i shall get cleaning the threads out and stsrt packing them all in the week and TRY to have some out end of next week, if not it will be the following week they ship out and should arrive not long after, so they should make it by or a bit before the end of this month!

Ohboyohboyohboy!!!!!!!!!!!

hey guys, few things I wanna say here, 1, check PP, FB or here for your tracking numbers as the first batch are being done and I should have them collected tomorrow.

2, I have double boxed these with my padded boxes and then a fedex box outside so should be double the protection and a sturdy ride through the transport! BUT... I would like to know how they arrive with you so I can log if this is the better way to do things from now on! always learning as I go along and trying to make it as good and as safe as possible for the items inside!

Thanks all and now the first lot is or will be done with I shall now fully get back onto the 2nd lot.

Its finally happening! Haha can't wait. It looks like they just might make it in time for the last points event of the Autocross season too.
