The P1103 is showing as the wastegate solenoid and the P1105 is coming up as the fuel pressure sensor. I was curious if the wastegate solenoid not working properly would cause fuel cut and cause the fuel sensor to trip? Also, some sites list the wastegate problem as being a sticky actuator. Is this something I can possibly fix? Or is there an easy way to check it before tearing it apart? It's not a very old unit, less than 4 years old and maybe 5k miles. Not abused either, set at 16psi and capable of 45psi. The wideband shows the car surging every couple of minutes too, both lean and rich by a full 3 points in both directions. However when the car is moving, there's nothing happening unless I take my foot off the gas & let it coast, it'll surge several times and very quickly, then run lean and nearly die. Fuel filter has the same 5k miles. I read an older post on here suggesting a bypass of the fuel pressure solenoid vacuum line directly from the intake to the fuel pressure regulator. Any ideas? Suggestions? Everything is appreciated!

Running it off the manifold directly wont hurt it. You can try that as a test without harm.

I was going to suggest that but I dont like not being any real help LOL. Ofcourse it wont fix the CEL but can narrow it down to the possible situation you think it might be. Just curious the condition of the wiring harness. Sticky actuator, it's a dumb question but have you physically checked for something abstracting full range of motion. I had a problem of not making any boost ended up being a slightly bent actuator arm from a rushed radiator install. Thank you for your time

The wiring harness looks good, for being basically 20yrs old. I'm forever checking plug connections and have even zip-tied a few that have broken plastic locks. As for just looking at the actuator arm & making sure it's there, that's all I've done LOL. I was banking on a "yep, it's sticky and here's how to repair it" sort of reply. I'll get off my weekend laziness & go mess with it. The bbq is close too, two birds with one stone at this point.

Code will have nothing to do with the arm.ecu doesn't know pressure, movement etc. Do you still have the factory boost solenoid electrically connected? It's just an on or off situation but a 2g checks to see if the solenoid is there. Many folks with boost controllers don't use it so they think you can just remove it. Not so. Same for fuel pressure solenoid.. you said fuel pressure sensor. Are you sure that's right? There is no pressure sensor.

Yep, factory boost solenoid is still there and being used. I'm actually having a heck of a time keeping the line to it from kinking. The previous owner replaced the line with heater line and it collapses frequently right as it gets to the solenoid. I've hunted around my parts stores for an elbow but nothing here seems to fit, usually falls off by the time I drive home. The heater hose fits snug so I've just been replacing it as needed, which is monthly. As for the fuel, yes, I meant solenoid. Still using the stock one there too.

Could you be mistaking a BOV for a boost solenoid Anthony?
A boost solenoid only has boost source lines like vacuum lines going to it.
The recirculation valve/blow off valve is the only thing that uses a hose the size of a heater hose.

I was going to ask the same thing. Bov is also non electrical.
