Fill out your profile page. Have you done blt, check for exhaust leak before WB and what WB do you have? Turn the boost down to 17 or 18psi. Get the car to full operating temp and post a log of 3rd gear WOT pull from 2k to redline. Your AFR's are off. Knock isn't as bad as your original post so you're moving in the right direction.

Go to AuxMaps and unselect "secondary maps".

Read the bottom of the page in openloopminoctane

"By far, most people will find that they run with a very high Octane rating and can generally ignore the min octane table, or just set it equal to the max."

So I'm back from the dead!

I did two differents small wot, the first one shows an initial setup with FIc 1220cc injectors at around 17-18psi. It shows knock around 5k and higher

The second, same setup, same psi but with less timing in the knock area and a better AFR, still it still shows the same amount of knock around the same area

You're still running rich but better AFRs. Load these and take a WOT 3rd gear pull from 2k to red line. Do you have a boost gauge? The log show 26 psi not 17/18???

Set your coolant offset back to 0 so you can see how bad your temps are. 30 degree offset puts your coolant temp at 226 under wot. Try turning fans full on under the misc tab.

From the boost gauge it goes to 18 maybe 19. It's actually not so off from the map sensor

I use the coolant offset only to trigger the fans earlier, it does not change the value seen in the log
Without the offset, fans only starts around 220 or so

So here I am today, now on speed density, trying to go forward with the car
It's been better, now idling like it should and getting the car moving faster

Before continuing with ecmlink and wot tuning, I'vs linked 2 logs to show my concern
I'm now at 20psi, creeping up to 23 with equal or lower knock count on higher boost :idontknow:

I did a 3rd gear pull and worked my afr in the right way with pure meth injection, i know it still needs some adjustement but overall, the afr looks not that bad

Now without changing anything, the 1-2-3 pulls show the afr and wideband off. The wideband sensor is installed in the original front o2 location.

Should I be concern with it? What can I do to fix this issue, or may it a delay in the sensor reaction time?

This won't fix your knock issue, go into ECU inputs and change the settings for your WB location to front. Sorry I don't have experience with SD so I can't help you there. The ecu pulls timing when it detects knock so you'll want to get that dialed in.
