Hello I’ve got everything to swap the evo 8 brembos to my 2g dsm. My question is what brake lines do I use. Do I use the stock 2g line or do I have to buy evo 8 lines

Thanks

I recommend changing the lines while you're doing the swap. I paid like $3 a piece from rock auto for new OEM style lines. The rubber on those old lines hardens and can affect performance.

Of course stainless lines are the best but I'm not paying that much for something unnecessary for my needs. Ntm I only paid $20 each for my dual piston calipers from rock auto. Gotta love wholesaler closeouts.

JNZ tuning has brake line kits specifically for converting to evo brembos. They even called me to make sure of my application as they were making the line for me!
