How to change the clutch slave

So basically I took the old one off 2 days ago attached the new one and it was leaking from the big nut with the 2 washers now this is a new one I got from another parts store am I supposed to tighten the bolt some more or should it already be pre tighten enough could the last one I had was just defective

Did you use new crush washers or re-use the old ones?
They should be new each time to seal properly. Don't torque on it so much that you break the banjo bolt threads off in the new slave. Make sure the flange is clean and the banjo fitting is clean on both sides with no burrs.

What are crush washers ? Where they located you talking about on that big nut that’s a new slave aren’t those new washers ?
 
Those are the crush washers and yes they should be new if they came with the slave. Since a banjo bolt is hollow, I don't get to crazy on them. It is supposed to be 18 ft/lbs.

Didn’t know I had to tighter it more if it’s new out the box
 
Yes you need to tighten it even when new. They just put it together as shown in the picture so the washers dont get lost andto show how it goes back together.

I used my old banjo bolt and fitting with new washers, because it was easier than trying to get the tapered hard line off of it.

Ok I have to use a something to hold the thing in place right the part where he nozzle goes
 
Bolt the new slave to the transmission with the two 10mm bolts. Put the fluid line back on and tighten the banjo bolt so the part itself can not move. Like I said above for me it was alot easier just tossing the new fitting the bolt goes through and just reusing the old with the new banjo and crush washers.
