Hi Guy’s :)

I have a leak behind the intake manifold, where hoses go in binacle.
I tried to clamp them more, but nothing change.

Do you have a solution?

Thanks :)

You likely over torqued the heater core inlet/outlet and bent in making it not seal. Take the hose off and look. If its not circular, you may be able to bend it back or replace the core if its damaged.

I bet this ^^^ is the case. Hopefully they're not too rusty or brittle.

Thanks for reply :)

Yes, i already check the inlet / outlet heather core, and they are distord
I don’t know how i can do to adjust them to have a perfect circle...

anything conical that would fit might be able to help round them out

or at least show you where spots are that are out of round

might be able to use a funnel to see how out of shape they are

FYI. I see in your picture you're using worm gear hose clamps. Worm gear hose clamps are probably the crappest clamps in existance. You might try replacing these with a better clamp & see if this stops the leak(s). My first choice of clamp for the coolant system stuff are constant tension clamps (just like the ones that come from Mitsubishi OEM).

Hello :)

Thanks !
I’ll try to take off hoses, round them and put 2 constant tension clamps :)
Thanks again :)
