This is the last thing I have to finished my car. Bought the hanger used and spent too much money already.
Is there any way to fix it like cutting the fwd line off and welding it on there or cutting the fitting off.
Yes I’ve been looking at putting an fitting on it but kinda short on cash

There is actually a fitting that you can use that goes from hardline to A/N. The same happened to mine and I just cut off the factory fitting and installed the hardline yo A/N fitting in its place.
