Driving around and I notice some lights flashing on my dash, looks like the battery light, brake light and some other light on the right hand side. The car almost feels like it's going to die but it never stalls out or anything.

I uploaded a video here:

Also a log has been attached.

I've checked my battery terminal connections it all seems pretty solid.

The car is pretty much a stock 2G 95 GST besides.

Any help would be appreciated!

According to your log, until 323 sec (where exactly the car start to move) the battery voltage is too low, between 11.6 and 12.2. So you should check the alternator, the belt (also its tension) and the battery first.

P.S. I had a similar situation on my car, sometimes the battery light came up after replaced alternator to a new one but it only happened between 2000-2200 RPM / ~20 throttle position at low speed. The old belt was the issue.
