I didn't see any write ups on this subject, so here you go. I did the passengers side first, but didn't document it. It's not 100%, but I'm content with how it turned out.
Items you'll need.
3m High Strength 90
Heat gun
Wide and narrow Trowels
Wood clamps
2x4 that's 3' long or anything you can use to wedge between the dash and seat
For the drivers side, remove the lower panel completely and unhook the hood cable.
If you care about your carpet, cover it from the adhesive over spray.
Peal back the part you want to spray and clean with alcohol or equivalent.
Spray the adhesive to both sides and allow to sit for 1 minute.
***before you spray, make sure you're prepared. Get the piece of wood ready to wedge between seat and dash.
I left the wood wedged for an hour. Instructions state 10 minutes.
Now I took a wide trowel and squeezed between the vent and dash. Then I used a heat gun to heat between the trowel and wood. I did this because the dash material stretched along the trowel. Keep heating until you're satisfied, but be careful not to melt the dash.
Lower panel next. Pretty self explanatory.
End result.
Now go fix your dash. Don't know how long this will last, but if it doesn't, I will update.
