Hey guys, first I am not good with electrical but am learning.

Second, I outgrew my wally 450. So I am running DUAL inline AEM 380 pumps.

How do I go about wiring this? One of the standard plug line, and the second on a auxiliary is what I was told. Little confused how to do so however. I am running LINK with the car.

Car has all the supporting mods, 1600cc injectors (going to 2150s), upgraded to and from 6an line, waldron fuel filter for e85, ect.

A diagram or printout of the wiring would be great if anybody knows of one, thanks!

I'm not sure what you're confused about. Each pump needs power and ground. Where ever you're grounding one pump to, ground the other to. Where ever you're getting power for one pump, run another line to power the other pump. You could run two relays and have one trigger wire go through both of them and have them both turn on direct battery power to the pumps when signaled.

With what you described, would it not run both pumps all the time?

My tuner was an auxiliary trigger to activate the second pump.

He doesn't want both pumps running all the time.

Installing them and having both running at once I understand.

I do not understand what's necessary to add a auxiliary trigger.

You would be using Link to ground a relay at a set point to kick in the auxiliary pump.
My son has a setup like that but I am not sure what he uses to trigger it, but it was in Link.
He has stepped up his ECU to a EVO unit which I am not familiar with, so he is on his own now and doesn't have any Link stuff or I would just get on his computer and see what he was using.

@OH91awd, I think that is how my son's is wired in. At a set boost level, it kicks the secondary pump in to keep it from running lean.
The hobbs switch is a fine idea.

I would run both full time. How are you getting the fuel pickup for these? Do you have a cell or a clunk in the tank or a HydraMat or something different?

If they are in series, run it on 1 feed line. If in parallel, you could do dual feeds into the rail and then make the rail for a center mounted -6AN return fitting to the AFPR then to the tank. I have done both. OR, you can do two -6AN feeds to a -8AN Y-fitting and -8AN to the rail with a -6AN return line.

For relays, there are several options; but I like cost effective and readily available; so I use Signalstat 192 relays.

I use Signal-Stat 192 relays, with a 60A primary fuse in-line from the battery to relay #30 pin, and then I have in-line 30A fuses for the power to each #87 pin power wires to the fuel pumps.

#30 = power wire from battery (fused)
#85 = ground wire
#86 = signal wire (I used the MPI relay as the signal source at key-on; fuel pump signal wire)
#87 / #87 to power (+) of each fuel pump attached

The power is 8-gauge and grounds are 8-gauge from all relays to a 4-gauge chassis ground. It is overkill on wiring, but I have had zero issues with it for many many years.

Thanks for the info TWicks.

I am.running a 15gallon fuel cell and there is dual port.

I already have 6 an to and from in the car.

I was going to run 10an from the cell to the aem380s. The exit is 6an on thr pump and I was going to put a y fitting to 6an to the rail.

Do I need to bump up to 8?

So are you running them in series or parallel?

I would prefer two -6an feeds from pumps to a -8AN y fitting to -8 to the rail and a -6AN return.

Are you running pre filters and post filters?

Last year I went to e85 and installed a Waldron e85 filter. Maybe has 500 miles on it, it is a post filter.

Running a 100 micron prefilter before each bunp as advised in the instructions from aem also.
