What is the best throttle body for my 2g?
I'm sick of boost leaks at shaft seals.
So please feel free to give me any advice you may have when choosing a TB.
I was going to get an s90 70mm or 74mm but will it hold 30-35 p.s.i.?
Also here is what its going on.

Right!
I've read a lot even what was posted above...
I'm just wondering a lot about what options we have.
Some say Q45 TB others say no way,
Some say S90 and I like how they look, but I haven't used one and ive heard mixed things about them.
I would like to keep stock TBPS, and FIAV.
I've considered throttlebodys.com N/T ...
Also I prefer to over build everything so ... but as soon as I can I'm getting a new intake manifold and turbo so ...

what I'm asking is for more reading or professional advice on a TB I can bolt on stock intake with few mods like port work and yet still be able to reuse it again after I get my new intake manifold.
I've blown stock 2g TB seals like it was a factory built in performance limiter, LOL

I just don't want to buy more than one throttle body.
And I thought you guys and gals whould be the ones to ask.
About how you all feel about the many throttle body options out there for our 2Gs.
because boost leaks are no fun and when reading its a lot to take in.
And I'd love to see a post that can help me and others like me.
Who are at the in between stage of upgrading TB now and intake at a later date.
Like: how far a 1G,2G,evo3 TB port can be ported out.
Best way to improve runner flow...
Hone is my guess or machine shop...
Flow rates and things of that nature but all in one forum.
so I and others like me can read until we can make up our mind on what would be the best choice in our situation.
Thanks I like reading.
If you have any more links feel free to keep them coming.

I have heard people complaining about the S90 and the Q45. I am using a 1g throttle body and I have no complaints on it. If you want something you can use later when you decide to upgrade then I would probably go that route. I ended up going with a Magnus intake manifold and used the 1g throttle body.

I'm thinking at some point ...
When I get a bigger Turbo ill be using a Magnus V-4 cast aluminum or JF fab billet aluminum intake manifold.
I'm still waiting on more dyno sheets on them and I need a throttle body now so...
What to do???

Is this the best option???

Accufab is tested to hold 100lbs if I recall correctly, the quality of the new stuff seems good.
