If the RM GB doesn't pan out, there are tons of modular sway bars, end links, and bushings in the race car aftermarket. Some time with a search engine and appropriate terms could turn up a lot of straight bar options and the parts to bolt them in. Cheap too.
 
These bars hold up great. Says for FWD but it you look you can clearly see it will clear the exhaust. I had a set passed down from a few cars and the powder coat was even still good. I think i paid $90 for the set new. Personally I don't see the point of "upgrading" if they aren't even adjustable.
As mentioned you can contact one of the many race car companies (S&W comes to mind) and have them bend a bar for you for probably $100. I have no idea why these bars cost so much (I do know, but cmon its a tube of metal for Christs sake) and I just can't fathom spending so much on something so minimal. Many people don't even realize just putting some $10 prothane bushings and new links can noticeably improve handling.
