Discovered why it overheated in the city but not on the highway. What plugs into what here? I’m not very experienced with wiring and stuff so what do I do here LOL. I’m thinking for a temporary fix just hooking the fan up to a switch. But I want to fix it.

Since that's the radiator fan and not the a/c fan, the oem plug, if still attached to the car, should be right over on that side of the car around the air filter location, and reach over the fan. It's long enough and that's how it was mounted form the factory. If it's not there, you'll have to wire a switch. It should be a square gray plug.
Would there be any way I could wire that switch so I don’t have to manually turn it on?

I added a link to my last post for you. If you can find the wiring that was originally there, you can just splice wires and add the connector. That would be the easiest way to wire it up without needing to manually flip a switch. If you still have the remains of where it was cut, if it was actually cut, you could just find a pig tail from a salvage yard and splice it in too.

Could you message me the link? I’m still somewhat new to the forums here even though I’ve been registered for more than a year LOL

I can't stand when morons do this half ass wiring sh*t instead of just reusing the stock connectors. Unless they're mishimoto they're most likely a cx racing or speed daddy (ebay) aluminum radiator/fan combo. I run eBay rads all the time but I don't feel safe with electronics, although my philosophy is starting to change considering used OEM fans are 20 years old.
I'm almost positive you can use the OEM fan from any other 2g (4g63, 4g64, 420a) galant, sebring, avenger. Both sides are interchangeable. Ive been meaning to put a drivers side fan on my passenger side (j pipe rubs) since they're thinner. I dont have AC anymore but i still keep that fan to turn on just in case the other fails. Id go to your local junkyard, just make sure you clip the pigtail.

Edit: wait a minute, just find that damn wire and hook it up. So the PO didn't have a rad fan? You mentioned overheating, Do you at least keep the A/C fan on all the time? How long was this fan just sitting like this with the car being driven? These cars don't like overheating and a myriad of other problems may appear because of it.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think the hood alarm button has the same connector? If your alarm doesn't work anymore maybe use that if the stock fan plug is still intact and you don't want to cut it.

No A/C fan, only 2 wires, a black one and a blue one. Stock alarm is still there.

Going along with your reply, I was looking over my car just to see what’s what because I was bored. But I almost had to count to 10 because I was so mad after looking closer at the wiring. I absolutely hate wiring so I was pissed when I saw all this. Things unplugged, non factory connections and a whole bunch of other stuff. Also might have found why the oil pressure gauge on the dash doesn’t work. If that wiring is why. Looks like thicker speaker wire going to the fuse box!!

^ there ya go
Recirculate that BOV unless you're running SD
I can't really make out that ofh but the spade connector for the stock dummy gauge often pops off of the sending unit.

Where does that wire go in the fuse box?
SD?
And I don’t know where it goes. Figured I’d leave it alone so I don’t mess the whole thing up, I don’t know a lot about wiring

I hate to tell you, but the oil pressure wiring you have shown is stock. The low oil level light is not stock. However, in my opinion that's pretty solid wiring and not something I'd get upset. Hell, even the other wiring leading from the fuse box to the battery looks to be done decently but it's not perfect. It could be much worse.
