just wondering what size trim this turbo is and how much hp it can support can't find much info on this turbo I guess it's a older line of pte it's direct bolt on turbo but is it jb bb and any recommended injector size on this turbo I'm running a built 6bolt block (still being built) eagle rods mahle pistons with a 7 bolt head with bc 272's and bc springs

I think you'll find a lot of info on it if you do a quick search. Some 1100s or 1250 injector could max out that turbo I would imagine. You don't have to go external if you can run the boost you want and have a big enough exhaust to reduce backpressure. Hopefully that helps.

SCM5031RE would be the official model if it's indeed ball bearing...uses a Genuine Garrett TA3408R (757197-5004S) CHRA. Realistic airflow in the 48-50 lb/min range, max airflow will be seen around 28-30psi depending on supporting mods....so 480-500 horses at the crank on a typical build, or roughly 420-440 at the wheels unless you've spent a lot of money on reducing rotating mass in the driveline. Injector size will depend on what fuel type you intend to run.

If you're looking to make more power than that I strongly recommend expanding into the T3 market as 500ish horsepower is about the limit for a DSM-flanged turbo before you deal with extreme lag and poor reliability from turbos with huge rotating assemblies necessary when trying to get a lot of flow out of a tiny a/r stock-fitment turbine housing.
