BTW congrats on the win. Your car looked really good out there.

That seems really high for only 24 psi. 60mm wheel? T3 setup? I would also expect faster trap speeds with that much power.

Congrats on the great weekend!

Im super confused with those power numbers myself. Im at 32psi on E85 and 9:1 compression on an HX40 and only making 393 on buschurs heartbreaker.
I also had 11.6 1/4 mile time with a trap speed of 121. So something there doesn't make sense.

Your numbers for power and trap speed lineup much better with what I would expect especially with butchers Dino. I do think at 32 psi you should be making much more power you probably have some sort of a more fundamental issue or it could just not have enough timing in it. I thought from the beginning the Ops Power number seemed a bit High. I think someone set that one up to read high so everyone feels good when they leave it. 550 on a Mustang dyno should be well into 130 mph traps. For your guyses reference I went 138 yesterday on an He351 at 35 PSI

Awesome numbers on the dyno for sure, especially on lower boost. Im with a couple of the other guys though, even with a slow 60' you should have trapped well into the high 120s at that level.

My stock 7 bolt hx35 setup only made 474/463 at 31 psi on a mix of e85 and 93. Best pass on all e85 was 11.0 @ 126. Seat tome will definitely help though!!

I had Kenny tuning the car and we kept it a bit on the conservative side but I'm still running 16 degrees up top. I really think Buschurs dyno reads lower than the average dyno being that most people that are around my trap speeds (121-123) are putting down in the 450 range. The only reason my 1/4 mile time was shitty was because of my sloppy 60ft time of 1.8 and I had a passenger. With the right driver I know I would be close to 10's which I feel would be hard to do with less than 400hp and a full weight car.

Not to mention I dynoed my car there last year on a junk tune and lower boost and made 423hp. Since last year my trap speeds have gone up, and I have added a few mods and got a good tune. Yet my HP went down? Something seems off. Maybe he calibrated his dyno different this year.

dynos being dynos ...all depends on the correction factor which takes into account air temp, barometric pressure and humidity ...actual hp and corrected hp are going to be different ...so on different days or times of the year you will get different results in actual hp...dynos are a tuning tool ...corrected hp is what counts on the same dyno

Did redline tuning do the tune on the car or did you? I have been looking for a place here in Ohio that I can rent out a dyno to do some tuning on and have never heard of this place. After smokeys closed I had no idea where the next closest AWD dyno was other than Buschur (which he will not tune ECMlink). Im right around the corner in Akron.
My friend JP tuned the car on Redlines dyno but Cody is a nice guy up there I'm sure he can point you in the right direction as far as getting a tune there.

60mm billet wheel and redjack racing t3 tubular manifold I'm on a built ported head on 280s I would have to say that's what's helping make power at lower boost.

Update I am a dummy and accidentally turned my boost down instead of up between rounds and was only on 15psi explains my times and trap speeds haha turned it back up and we’re good to go dumb mistake on my part.
