2G No Crank Position Sensor?

May be a stupid question and I used the forums to sort of answer my question but I am still lost because of my question being maybe too specific or dumb.

What I want to know is if there is any combo of CAS that you can use or some software that can be used to allow you to run no crank position sensor. I have done the 6 bolt swap and I have no crank sensor but I have a 2g head on it with that cam sensor. From what i am reading this car will not start because of no crank sensor. Can I use a 1g cas or something to delete the need of a crank sensor?

I dont have a specific picture of it right now but I know there are different cam sensors for the 1g my 6 bolt is a 92 so would you happen to know if that version would work? Or does it not matter? Also thanks so much for the help guys I appreciate it.

One more question, is there a way to run the 1g cas without dsmlink? I have read about flipping the wires, injectors, and whatever, but have also heard about uncontrollable misfires. Can I make my car run well enough with a 1g cas to be safe until I can afford dsmlink? Maybe a link to a thread that explains this? I haven't quite found one. Thanks!
