I recently had to retune my car to suit the higher gear ratio and in the process finally got the 2 step working flawlessly tuning with ecmlink. I installed driveshaft shop rear axles and quartermaster 8 leg twin disc. Next paint!

How do you like the QM 8 leg, Kelvin? Any reason you went with the 8 leg over the 6 leg?

Man I love it. The gears just fall in place no joke. Well before hung out on the evo forums and read plenty of reviews and chose the 8 leg with street disc mainly because of smooth engagement. It took me a minute to come up with a clutch stop to keep the travel within specs.

Nice, thanks for the feedback.

What do you mean about the clutch stop?

I just picked up a QM 6 leg twin for the Galant. I'm interested to see how it does on the street. I'm confident it will work better for me at the track, at least.

I live in Atlanta I love mine. It's a little noisy but does exceptionally well day to day driving.

Honestly, I will take the noise if it means I can shift the damn car. I rarely street drive the car nowadays even though I can. Just easier now to load it on the trailer and not have to worry about the extra prep.
