Hello everyone

Just trying to get feedback on the Pte 6766 T4 Ball bering . I've searched online there's information in t3 format. At this point I already have the turbo I just want to know what to expect
I'm 2.0 liter 9.6:2 RNR aluminum rods S3 cams
2200cc magna fuel 750
The goals it's a fully dedicated drag car working on low 9 second pass high 8

- has anyone ran this turbo in t4 ?
- how much hp did it make -

Any feedback back is much appreciated

If your at the point that your running 8-9 seconds on a 4cyl engine, you most likely wouldnt need the advice of anyone on a forum like this one, thats why you arent getting much from anyone. At the single digit point most people keep their secrets and build info etc to themselves.

Very laggy. I had a PTE 6776 DBB (similar to that turbo) back in the day and it was horrible to drive on the street. It felt like a freaking Chevy Cruze everywhere below 6000rpm. Downgraded to a GT35r and the car was much happier. 1000rpm difference in spool between those two turbos.

I run the smaller 6466 in an open T4 housing. At 40ish psi, it made 702 on STM's Mustang Dyno. For a drag car, I would definitely recommend running the T4 back-housing. 6766 should only outperform the 6466 if you set it on kill (~50 psi). There are dyno charts out there that show that the 6466 makes more usable power, and that the two make roughly the same power pound-for-pound up to ~45 psi. If you're thinking about going fast, the 6870 in a T4 housing would get you DEEP into the 8's. That would be my personal choice over the 6766.

Thank you for the response.
The car is getting closer and closer to get running I'll post the results once it's tuned.
But yea I was looking at the 6870 for the future ...
