Steel Tornado, who can do the best?

Must be mild steel
Must be at least 1.5" tall
Not taller than 4"
Must be made with filler rod only (base plate doesn't count)

Here's what I have so far, it's just under 1"

I may have to start one soon, looks fun, you got this idea from welder nation didnt you , seen it posted up a few times now
