My lifters don't have a hole for oil to go in on the top. I am missing some of the lifters so I do plan on buying the one's I'm missing. I'm very broke currently is there any issues I could run into with not having holes in some of my lifters? If needed ill post pictures of the ones I have later once I get home.

I was looking at some on RockAuto and they have holes in the top. Would I face any problems with using some with holes and some without. I also was wondering some of my lifters I can depress more than others and some I cant move at all is that supposed to happen?

^that should answer the hole question. Assuming this is not a hard core race car, I would say you wouldn't have any issues running a mix of holes and no holes. Is it ideal? Not exatly.

If you can depress a lifter with your fingers it's trash. You should not be able to move them by hand.... unless you really want to put an indent in your fingers.
