I thought i've kept you guys and girls wating long enough for an update on the build.
So far garage 808 in Eugene Oregon at 645 powers street 97402 has dune great work on bringing the Talon back to life.
I'm still in the process of trying to move to a bigger place. so, I'm glad the guys at garage 808 took the job of digging through boxes of unorganized parts. Most shops just sed no way but these guys know they're stuff and do great work.

I also wanted to add the clear timing cover needed cut to fit fuel lines. Not Shure if it was the fuel rail or lines that made it happen... It still looks great though

We have been fighting wiring ishus lately and it's stoping us from dyno tuneing the car.
I'm just hoping we can figure it out due to this car burning money like it's news paper in a bond fire.
I really wish I could afford a mill spec wiering harness from ohm-racing.
But with Christmas coming up and bills bills bills... I don't know how I'm going to be able afford one ;.(...
And I wanted to drive the car for my birthday on Dec.4th but it looks like that just isn't going to happen.
So I just wanted to give you guys and galls an update.
I hope we can get it running right soon.
so I can post a dyno sheet for you all.
So with that sed I'd like to apologize to those of you anxiously awaiting the resalts of the build.
Thanks for hanging in there through this long awaited build project.
There's lots more to come but for now just hang in there ...TO BE CONTINUED...

Thought I'd share what I did this morning.
I got a spark plug cover from extreme PSI.
I didn't like the brushed look.
Don"t get me wrong it looked good but I'm a bit picky.
So I hand sanded it with:
1st 500 grit dry then wet.
2nd 1000 grit dry then wet.
I know I should have found 700- 800 grit first. But I didn't have any.
3rd 1200 grit dry then wet.
4th buffed it by hand with Meguiar's all metal polish nxt generation.

Its been a while And I thought I'd give an update on th build.
I've got some stuff I've dune and some NEW stuff to do.
I hope you all enjoy the pictures to come.

That's an interesting oil pan that you've got there... that added about a quart capacity?

I've got that lower flywheel inspection cover, if you're interested... Ordered it a while back, for an auto, but I think they sent me a manual
