Took the car out the other weekend and ran a best of 8.83 @ 164 mph. Really happy considering it took 11 passes to run this time as the car is new.

2.0 aluminum rod motor with some shearer high comp pistons. BW S476 turbo, (8) FIC 1650 injectors with a weldon 2345A pump running on E98. Auto built by me with a bradco convertor. We've been adding power every time we've gone out and there is more to add. The 60 foot is what is getting attention next.

I'm running a haltech elite 2500 computer and it weighs 2650 with me in it. I use nitrous to stall and it cuts off when the boost hits 20 lbs. I'll see if I can find a video to upload.

Wheels are the usual slipstream/hoosier setup.
Going to run the S476 for this year then switch to an 80mm.
Just switched to a 2g/ precision setup but had a few issues the last time out. Should have a better time to post soon.
Thanks

Added another fuel rail to the bottom of the manifold to hold another set of FIC 1650 injectors

Added individual egt probes to the exhaust as I'm going to switch to methanol when my drum of E98 runs out

Air intake that comes through the hood for some fresh air. Some said it wouldn't work but it seems like it is.

All painted up and how the car sits now except for the 2g trans/precision converter and mechanical fuel pump

Very nice setup! Sounds like you are on the right track to going even faster very soon too. There is some power and spool to be had by removing the silencer ring on that Borg "race cover". Its a bi*** to get the pins out though.

Thanks. I didn't know that. I will definitely look into removing the silencer ring to see if it helps any.

You're making good progress and hope to see it run soon with the new setup.
Thanks Thai. I want to make the race on the 30th but with a 76mm they want me to weigh 2900lbs. I'd have to add 250lbs to the car and don't want to stress the driveline adding that weight.
