They tie into the proportioning valve and master cylinder. Dont know why they need all those lines. Realistically you only need two lines. One from the master(either of the two outlets) to the staging brake and then from the staging brake to the prop valve.

They make it look all complicated. Why dont you give them a call or shoot them an email and ask them for installation advice
 
Looking at the extra parts, seems like they built the kit to run on either the fronts or rears only vs the simple way of just running one front and rear. The two front lines on the prop valve, which are gong to be deleted, are tee'd with the two short lines with one long to the inlet of the staging brake. The last short one goes on the outlet with a tee and the last two long ones go directly the the wheel wells.
