So I was in the process of boost leak testing my setup and to my surprise I have a huge leak behind the tps sensor shaft. I saw a similar post and ordered some new seals. Does anyone have similar experiences?

Its a 70mm genuine from extreme psi

Sorry to hear about the issue. I have the same s90 as you and no issue with mine, I have been running it for a while now. I will keep my ears and eyes on the potential for issues thanks for sharing!

It's basically new, not even and hour total running. If you boost leak test and your loosing air, take your tps sensor off. Can't believe how bad it is. You can hear all the air leaking out.

So I completely disassembled the throttle body, these throttle bodies are junk. 1 Screw on the throttle plate stripped out, one snap ring completely disintegrated on me, the seal in question was installed backwards. What a shocker.

Not an S90, but my wilson 75mm leaked like a sieve when I first got it. I ended up getting some brass bushings machined with a groove for an o-ring to replace the standard skateboard style bearings they used. Between that and sealing up the ford tps it uses I got rid of my leaks. Seems to be a common theme here with aftermarket TB's.

I ordered new seals....I'm gunna post some pics when I rebuild the tb. Makes me wonder how many guys are running tbs that are leaking like this.... Losing hp.

Yupppppp same issues here.

Massive leak too, new seals helped with the leak. Gud n' tight now.
