Think you need to re tune the injectors, I'm no expert but the "-12.5" fuel trim low numbers are kinda sticking out to me. I believe you want close to zero as possible or if not + or - 5. I would start there and I know its normally the first thing people suggest but its important to make sure your system is properly pressurized...BLT is in order if not done already just to cover your bases.

If you're pushing 90% idc at 5500, you need bigger injectors or you'll get too lean.
